Angels, vampires and ghosts.

Raphella Paterson took Anna for some exploring around SL the other day. Since we both were using the Dutchy type of halo, I put on my best pair of wings, and off we went like angels to...
...Transylvania. (transport...)

It was quite an experience. Dark castles, vampires and tombs. Since Anna is the fallen angel, I felt quite at home. At the huge five storey mall I could get fangs, tombs, eyes and different outfits and poses. Even Raphella seemed to like some of the things there, but since she's the white angel, she came to her senses.

After the mall we went to the museum, and learned about the famous vampires in history. From the first wife of Adam - Lilith, to the modern day sanguinarians and Energy vampires.

Transylvania is most definitely worth a visit. I will definitely come back to see more. (transport...)

After Transylvania we went to see the Haunted house of Sinatra Cartier and took the Spook house ride. The ride cost $1, and was fun. Not scary, but well designed and scripted. (transport...)

After making a brief stop at the Haunted Mansion at Wolfhaven Wonderland (transport...) we were off to see some beautiful scenery.

Seacliff (transport...) is a beautiful island with funny trees, and a lot to see. I recommend looking up in the sky to visit the Sky Castle. Also, you have to find the transport to Fallingwater flowershop. (transport...). They have the most spectacular flowers.

Last, but not least, we went to the Lost Gardens of Apollo (transport...). It's a very beautiful and romatic island. This is the place you should take that special friend to, to show your love. There are so many things to say about this island, but I'll leave it to you to find you way around. Tip: Look for the pose balls...

Thank you Raphella for showing me around. It was a lot of fun, and I look forward to next time.

Junette and Tangletwigs Formal

Woohoo, I put on my best tux (well... freebie!), and off I went to Junettes and Tangles place for my first ever formal ball with my beautiful date - Matilde Morellet. Great event with a lot of people coming. Beautiful women with spectacular gowns everywhere. At times there were not enough men there though.

Junette and Tangle have a wonderful place - A beatiful house with a bar in the boat, and a gazebo just by the sea. And it seems they have done a lot of work to make this party a success. Plenty of different dances, and places to sit and talk.

And the first balls I found, coming with my date, was meant for kissing at the doorstep. Oooh, ah, eh, *blushed*, hmmm - (maybe later...) Next we were inside dancing salsa to Frankie boy's love songs.

The price for the best dressed woman there went to the always beautiful Skye Galileo, and the best dressed man was Woodie Taft. (I'm sorry Woods - I have no idea how you looked like. I was too busy looking at the ladies...)

Thanks for a great time Junette and Tangle, and thanks Matilde for such a great date. Hope to see all of you soon.

...and for those of you wondering - Did we ever get to those kissing balls? Well, keep on wondering...

Who am I?

Argh, I'm at the office sending mail to people, and I was so close signing it with Bay. Maybe it's the fact that I got up at 4am this morning, or things are really confusing me, but my different lives messes with me.

At home I'm usually darling or dad, and my relaxed, not very social self. At work I'm Blomman, the one that solves all the problems, a quite social guy - always wanting to help. And in SL, I love to socialize and meet people, and help out if I can. And there I'm a different view of myself again.

What I noticed after nearly two weeks is that SL spills over to my real life. I'm having more fun. I am more social and fun to be with.

Hopefully this is all good, but we'll see. I'm becoming an SL junkie :-)

Who is Anna Gylling?

Some of you may have met Anna Gylling at the Shelter. A shy (sorta...) girl who doesn't say too much and merely observe things.

Well, the word is out - It's my alt...

She was only meant as a test of some things in SL (Hey, not that kind of things, you naughty people) I never meant her to get involved in anything, but she came to the Shelter and people started to know her. And there it was. She was more amusing than I thought she would be.

However, she's not me, and I don't know how much she will appear in the future. She will probably drop by at times, but I feel more free beeing Bay...

Hey - a lot of people in the Shelter now, and it's only 5am CET. OK, it's 8pm SLT.
Let's dance...

Second life

So, I finally got hooked. I signed up for an account with Secondlife after an article in Computer Sweden. Just to see what it was all about.

And what happened. Well, for the first hour, I thought nothing of it. Wasn't worth the time.

Then I met the greatest people at The Shelter. Skye, Dutchy, Divine, Woodie, Tangletwigs, Dolmere, Keeva... The list goes on and on... Great music, and lots of dancing. PG dancing, that is - compared to Studio 54. I went there, *blushed* and went straight back home to the shelter.

The only problem I have for the moment is that my partner in real life doesn't like it when I'm off to Secondlife to meet friends in the evenings. I understand her, and try to minimize it.

I don't know if I'm getting a bad rep at the shelter. I've been called a player at times, and the other evening somebody called me a pimp! Hehe. For some reason, I didn't mind...
